At Mahaveer Vardi, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Since we deal in both ready-made and custom-stitched uniforms, cancellation is allowed only under specific conditions.
2. Order Cancellation Eligibility
a) Before Processing / Stitching
Orders can be canceled before processing or stitching begins
Customers must request cancellation as soon as possible
Full refund will be issued
b) After Processing / Stitching Starts
Once the order enters production or stitching stage, cancellation is not allowed
This is because uniforms are made as per specific requirements
c) After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled
Customers may refer to the Return Policy (if applicable)
3. Custom Orders Policy
For custom measurement or bulk orders:
Orders are considered final once confirmed
Cancellation is strictly not allowed after production starts
