1. Overview
At Mahaveer Vardi, we specialize in manufacturing and supplying NCC uniforms, accessories, and custom-stitched products. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return only if:
- You received a wrong product, OR
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and not altered
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided for verification
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Custom stitched uniforms based on measurements
- Size issues due to incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Bulk or institutional customized orders
- Minor color or stitching variations
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide Order ID and issue details
- Share images/videos for verification
- Wait for approval from our team
- Ship the product back or arrange pickup (if applicable)
6. Return Shipping
- If return is due to our mistake → We bear shipping cost
- If approved under special cases → Customer may bear cost
7. Inspection
Once the returned product is received:
- It will be inspected by our team
- If approved → refund or replacement will be processed
